____________________________________________________________________________________________ JOB 2 - JULY 2018 Job Title Warehouse Assistant Location South East London (nearest tube Surrey Quays) Job Type Permanent Hours Full time based on 40 hours per week Benefits 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + time off in lieu + bonuses Salary range: £16,000 to £19,000 pa + bi-annual bonuses Job Overview As our Warehouse Assistant, you will undergo an on-the-job training to learn to manage the warehouse, prepare equipment and begin to support our Audio Visual Technicians. You will learn to be responsible for Preparing & Checking & Loading equipment for events, managing the stock, cleaning the warehouse and relevant areas, cleaning the equipment, ensuring Health and Safety in the warehouse, and eventually Setting-up simple AV Equipment, as well as Operating at simple Live Events, de-rigging and checking equipment back into warehouse, testing, cleaning and maintaining equipment and warehouse and offices. As well as some administration tasks associated with the preparation of equipment for our Technicians and ensuring the Health and Safety policies and requirements. Your Experience As a trainee, you would need a minimum of 1 years relevant industry or education experience, showing that you can set up some simple types of AV equipment. This experience can be displayed either as a DJ, or musician, or through your education or experience of filming or working in a relevant company as a trainee. The candidate must display a passion for this industry and be willing to learn about new equipment and technology. Main Duties During your training, you will be taught to do the following duties:-

Line Management This position will be managed by Ryan Roche Working Conditions The final working conditions will be confirmed in your employment contract, however below gives an anticipated idea of working conditions for this job. This role is expected to work 40 hours per week. This role may be rota’d for week-end working, which may fall every 4-6 week-ends and some of your work may involve some lifting and carrying. You will be required to wear a uniform which will be provided. You will be paid your salary and other payments each month at the last working day of the month. Training and Development You will receive on the job structured training with the Senior Management Team overseeing your training and development. You will be requested to keep your knowledge of new equipment and technologies current throughout your career. Further training will be provided including AV training at a later date after your probation. It is expected that you may have a promising career path with no limits set if appropriate.
